We are excited to announce that our dining room will be open for in-person dining for the 2021 season! Our opening day is Friday, June 25th, with our final service on Saturday, October 9th. In addition to in-person dining, we are excited to offer a limited take-out service and the return of our Lunch Cart to be enjoyed at home or in our lakeside seating area. 
Chef Nick is back in the kitchen for his 4th season, offering unique, locally sourced dishes. Our rotating menus offer inspired farm-to-table fare, fresh seafood, and nightly specials. We have a variety of dairy-free and vegan options, as well as a kid's menu, and can accommodate any food allergies. 
Our lunch and dinner services are available for the exclusive use of Club resident members, social members, and their guests. Inquires about membership can be made by visiting our Membership page or by contacting the office.

We are thrilled to reopen our dining room for in-person reservations this season! Please be sure you and all members of your party are in compliance with our dining room dress code, stated below. 

As a reminder, our dining room is by reservation only and reservations must be made by 4 pm on the day you would like to dine. Please call or email us to reserve a table.  

We are happy to accommodate any allergies or food restrictions. Please discuss with your server upon arrival.  

 Covid-19 Safety Protocol

We ask that all guests wear a face-covering upon entering the building and until you are seated at your table. All tables in the dining room will be spaced in accordance with state guidelines. 

Lunch Service

Closed For the season**

Join us for lunch at the SLC Lunch Cart! 

The Lunch Cart is located on the back deck of our dining room. Please use the deck stairway as an entrance and exit and place your order with a staff member at the cart. We welcome our members and guests back to our lakeside seating area, located next to the lake, closest to the lower parking area. There is no dress code during lunch service. 

On Sundays, we will offer brunch-style items in addition to our regular lunch menu. There will be limited seating on the deck with plenty of room at the picnic tables for you to enjoy your brunch with a view! All seating is first-come, first-served. 


Please use the lower parking lot during lunch. We welcome you to join us by boat, foot, or vehicle.

Please review our dinner menus online and call the office by 4 pm to place a take-out order. Pick-up times are available on the half-hour from 5:15 - 7:15 pm. Preferred pick-up times will be accommodated as best we can. 

Please use the upper parking area to pick up take-out. When you arrive at your designated time, come into the lobby and check-in with our host to pick up your order.

Dress Code 

The Severance Lodge Club dress code honors a long-standing tradition, meant to uphold the special experience of enjoying a meal in the Club's dining room. Originally defined as "jackets required," we have adjusted the level of formality to meet the times while staying true to our roots. We appreciate your adherence to this tradition and look forward to hosting you for a magical evening on the lake.  

The Dress Code

Smart, casual attire defined as long pants and collared shirts for men and comparable outfits for women are required throughout the social season. Golf length shorts are appropriate for days that exceed 85 degrees.


Jeans, cut-off shorts, bathing suits, sweatshirts, and t-shirts may not be worn in the dining room. Club members are expected to apprise their guests of these guidelines.

Our 4th of July Cookout features all the classics you would find at home prepared with

Chef Nick's delicious spin. From locally sourced, grass-fed beef burgers, to freshly prepared pasta, fruit, and potato salads, there is sure to be something for everyone... and don't forget about pie! Take the night off from cooking and join us for delicious food, great company, and extraordinary views!

Our annual Lobster Bake is one of our favorite traditions here at the Club. One day a year, we transform our beautiful grassy point into an outdoor dining room. Fresh steamed lobster and clams are accompanied by delicious local sweet corn, roasted potatoes, and all the drawn butter you could ask for! Steak and Chicken are available by request as well as burgers and hot dogs. Come and join us for a true one-of-a-kind event!

Our final event of the summer, the Labor Day Buffet is our send-off to the season. We begin the evening with cocktails on the deck followed by a bountiful buffet dinner. Our upscale, cookout-style meal offers options to include marinated steak tips, grilled salmon, and marinated chicken accompanied by whipped garlic potatoes, rice pilaf, and fresh-baked breads, just to name a few. We hope you'll join us in reflecting on another wonderful summer on the lake and raise a glass to the next!
