Severance Lodge Club is seeking our next General Manager to lead our team and be a part of this truly special community.

 

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of Club operations, including financial management, dining room operations, facilities, grounds, and community relations at our cherished lake resort. This individual is essential to the Club’s day-to-day operations, long-term planning, and member satisfaction, and will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships and communication with all residents throughout the year. As residents, we rely on our General Manager to provide the peace of mind that comes with the assurance that our shared grounds and our individual homes are secure and well cared for throughout the year. This position reports to the President of the Board of Governors and works closely with other Board members on matters such as financial reporting, maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and utilities, coordination of social activities, and dining room management.​​
